Foothills Community Association member for 20 years.
Within the past few years I have extensively attended FCA related meetings. I have seen a significant change in the way our community looks. Examples include, major wall repair issues, landscaping shortfalls, lack of wash cleanouts, need for street repair, new neighborhood and commercial development design and colors contrary to the Del Webb design and most importantly, the lack of proper board conduct dealing with every members concerns.
As a BOD member, I will strive to address these concerns. In an effort to be a qualified BOD, for the past year I have attended several HOA educational classes. They have provided me with the education to become a productive member.

For almost 10 years, I’ve been an active member of the Ahwatukee community, served as a board member for the sub-association HOA where I reside, attended numerous community meetings and HOA-related classes and seminars.
Professionally, I’m also well-grounded with a broad spectrum of knowledge to serve our community. I’m a registered Real Estate agent and own/manage four properties in Ahwatukee. I am semi-retired and have the time required to be an effective servant for the community.
I believe in communication and in full transparency of deliberations and BOD decisions. I’ll listen to you, communicate with you and encourage active participation of all members of this community who wish to have a voice in directions being made.
I ask for your vote to enhance our bottom-line, to improve our quality of life.
